Delivery

All of our products, with the exception of our Ready Made Items, are made to order and usually dispatched with 5 working days. However at busy times this may need to be extended. If we think there will be a delay to your orders dispatch we will contact you to discuss.

We use Royal Mail as our courier and offer both Tracked 48hr and Tracked and Signed for 24hr delivery, proof of dispatch and tracking codes will be provided once sent.

At this time we are only able to offer delivery to the UK.

Returns

We genuinely want you to love your products. If you are not happy for any reason we offer a 28 day returns period, all we ask is that the item/s are returned to us in the condition that they arrive.
